It is just 10 minutes by bus from the famous La Concha Beach and 15 minutes from the historic center of Donostia. The hotel offers free WiFi, as well as a sauna, fitness center, and a padel court. Parking is public and costs €3.85 on Friday, and is free over the weekend.

Among the agreed advantages is that no advance payment is required; payment will be made directly at the hotel, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the reservation date (August 28, 2025).
We highly recommend booking AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! This comes at no cost, and since cancellation is free, there's no reason to hesitate. It's important to note that room availability in Donostia in August is limited, and prices usually increase as the date approaches. We want everyone to be able to enjoy this special day without worries about accommodation.
If you're considering other options, Donostia has a range of accommodations: hotels, guesthouses, and apartments. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, we kindly ask that you let us know the location so we can try to coordinate another stop for the bus returning from Txakoli Rezabal Winery.
City Bus: You can take line 40, which is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel (here). In approximately 15 minutes and after five stops, you will arrive at the church (stop at Iparragirre 8). The ticket price is €1.70.
Taxi: You can request a taxi by calling 943 464 646 or 943 404 040. The journey from the hotel to the Church of San Ignacio takes about 15 minutes. Depending on traffic, the fare ranges between €10 and €20.
For the banquet, we have arranged a private bus to take you from the Church of San Ignacio to Bodega Txakoli Rezabal. The journey lasts approximately half an hour, allowing you to enjoy the scenery along the way.
Please note that it will not be possible to drive your own cars to the winery, as parking is limited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.
The return to Hotel Olarain will also be arranged by private bus.
There will be two departure times: 9:30 PM and 00:30 AM, once the party has ended.
This way, you can enjoy the celebration without any worries and comfortably return to the hotel at your convenience.
For those coming from other countries, Bilbao Airport (BIO) is the closest and is approximately a 1-hour drive from Donostia. From Bilbao, you have the following transportation options:
Car: You can rent a car at the airport.
Bus: The company PESA offers regular bus services that directly connect the airport to Donostia. The journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. You can purchase tickets on their website, PESA.
Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD) is also a viable option, offering more international flights. From Madrid, you can take a high-speed train (AVE) to Donostia, which takes approximately 5 hours. Tickets can be purchased on the Renfe website (here). Madrid's Atocha train station is located in the city center and is easily accessible.
